 I love lavender and all of the grace and calmness that it can create. A few summers ago, I decided to move my daily yoga practice outside by my garden, whenever Mother Nature would allow. I am so grateful for those extra peaceful summer days! It just feels so natural to be outside by the garden. I quickly found myself longing for more and more lavender! Over the past few summers, the purple herb has become plentiful on my little piece of the planet, and I absolutely love it!!
