Message from the Artist~
 My mom always gives the best advice, and she has helped me solve a countless number of life's problems with these words of wisdom... "There is a lot of gray area in art and business, but life is black and white.  It's when we focus on the gray in-between that we start to get confused."  It was a last-minute decision to create this piece in black and white. I created the original in and around 2005.  I was looking for a different spin on my still life painting when I decided to keep all of the gray area where it belonged, on my canvas!
